Introducing FS121M System. Farsoon FS121M is a robust yet accessible metal laser melting system designated to address quality, cost-efficiency, and operational ease. FS121M is offered with robust 500 or 300-watt fiber laser to suit a wide range of application from dental, medical to material development. 1-Operation Access + Glove Box

3-Sieveing Unit
The operation access located in the front of the build chamber offers ease of observation and de-powdering when the build is finished. Optional glove box is available for user to operate with reactive materials ensuring a clean and safe breakout process.
The Recirculating Filter System offers efficient filtering of the smoke dust generated in the build chamber during the sintering process. Optional reactive material capable filter system is also available for application needs.
The powder sieving unit features a vibration screen offering efficient sieving of recycled metal powder from the material containers to filter out the large particles. The metal powder collected in the refreshed powder container can be re-used for powder supply.

The FS121M features a 30QW or 500W Yb־fiber laser and a fully digital scanning system. These features along with a fine spot size allows for the creation of very detail and complex parts. Open Platform

Hip Trabecular Implant

This Implant is a customized device for repairing the trabecular bone at the hip joint. The standard implant device are regular solid-surface structured with low fatigue tolerance; which is not suited for patient’s condition. Thanks to Farsoon metal additive technology, surgeons are able to fully customize porous structure that tailored-made for diagnosis, which features a design porosity of 68-75% and aperture diameter 250-500um. The implant is produced with optimal performance, high size accuracy to ensure the best fit for application and fast recovery.
Radiator Housing

Build Time: 4 Hours
This radiator Housing is developed to prevent deformation of the copper material during high temperature operations, thus extending life span of the chip radiator. Tungsten is selected for this application for high strength under extreme temperature; but it is also a challenging material to be proceed by laser sintering technology. Farsoon metal 3D printing can achieve a high part density, advanced porous structure without the need to be further processed.
