The portable dust collector vacuum EV AP 560 has been designed to directly integrate onto production lines and to collect light chips and fine suspended dust at source. FILTER UNIT

The large surface star filter, located inside the filter steel chamber, is made of polyester and provides high resistance against clogging and passage of fine dust.
It is possible to clean the filter using an integrated mechanical system. An external lever shakes the filter vertically and enables cleaning the filter thoroughly and safely, maintaining constant suction performance and preventing any dispersion of dust in the environment.

COLLECTION UNIT

The roll-ou steel collection tank has a quick release system for the rapid disposal of the vacuumed material.

The ZEFIRO EV AP 420 is the most compact mobile dust collector for airborne dust. Its powerful electric fan (230/460Volt 3~ | 1.2 HP) generates high airflow rates (412 CFM), that move large volumes of air, thus capturing airborne particles. This industrial dust collector will get rid of airborne particles generated by spillages, product transfer, packing and loading, or mechanical operations such as chipping or grinding. The polyester star filter guarantees the quality of the air reinserted into the environment while protecting the fan. The filter can be easily cleaned by a manual integrated filter shaking system.
