Introducing FS191M System. Farsoon FS191M is a small size, multi-platform, multi-scenario metal system. FS191M provides a wealth of high-end optional functions. Equipped with Farsoon’s low-support technology.

FS191M is offered with robust 500 fiber laser to suit a wide range of application from dental, medical to material development.

 

The overall dimensions are 1116×845×2005mm, occupying an area of less than 1㎡, which greatly reduces the demand for space; The standard platform (forming cylinder) size is φ191mm×199mm (a small platform is also available), which is the leading forming size in the same class. The whole machine adopts a modular design to improve the convenience of maintenance.

It is difficult to remove the internal supports of the closed impeller formed by metal laser sintering, and the residual supports seriously affect the quality of the finished product. This closed impeller is formed in one piece using Farsoon’s independently developed low-support technology. Only a small amount of support is designed at the impeller mouth, reducing the amount of support by 99.8%. The internal and external 25-degree inclined structures are formed smoothly without support, greatly reducing the consumption of printing materials and post-processing time, and improving product quality and production efficiency.

Quad-Fiber Laser for Maximum Productivity
The innovative application of high-speed FLIGHT® Technology on the HT1001P CAMS platform boosts industry-leading productivity for large-sized parts. Featuring an expanded build cylinder measuring 1000mm×500mm×450mm and powerful dual or quad 300-watt fiber lasers, the FLIGHT® HT1001P creates two or four ultra-fine laser spots with a fast scanning speed of up to 20m/s (66ft/s) for each.   • Cartridge Transportation Cart

    The cartridge transportation cart is used for loading and extracting the build cartridge from the FLIGHT® HT1001P system. It can be magnetically secured to the loading or cooling station, preventing any undesirable movement during the build cartridge transition.

  • Loading Station

    The loading station module of the FLIGHT® HT1001P is located at the left side of the system. The build cartridge is loaded via the electric door with an integrated semi-automated conveyor to the designated location. The user can then start the pre-heat process of the build cartridge in the loading station according to the operating temperature needs.

  • Build Station

    The build station module is where the sintering process takes place. Once the build cartridge is in place, the build packet files are loaded into Farsoon’s BuildStar™ operating software, and the build process begins. The selective laser sintering 3D printer ensures efficient polymer 3D printing using materials like nylon, TPU, PEEK, and more.

  • Cooling Station

    Upon build completion, the build cartridge is conveyed to the cooling station, where it will be allowed to cool under an inert atmosphere to control oxidation and part stability. The conveniently located control panel allows the user to program the cool-down environment and control movement on the conveyor.

  • Powder Delivery System

    The powder is delivered by a highly efficient top-feed and roller-based recoating system, and the parts are fused using a fully digital multi-laser/multi-scanning system that offers tremendous productivity for SLS 3D printing applications. Whether for nylon 3D printing, TPU 3D printing, or PEEK 3D printing, the FLIGHT® HT1001P ensures high-quality results.

  • Breakout Station

    The build cartridge is moved to the breakout station via the conveyor system. This Implant is a customized device for repairing the trabecular bone at the hip joint. The standard implant device are regular solid-surface structured with low fatigue tolerance; which is not suited for patient’s condition.
